Please read carefully before making your purchase. When purchasing items, you agree to the terms of shipping and refund policies as stated below.

*** DOMESTIC ***
I ship art work via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, usually the next business day after your payment has cleared. Shipping rates for dolls are typically around $14.00. Insurance is optional, but recommended. Currently insurance is an additional $1.75 up to $50.00; $2.25 for items $51.00 – $100.00. Please understand that domestic rates vary from region to region in the US. Weight and size will also determine shipping price. I personally wrap and ship every item in my studio.

*** INTERNATIONAL ***
I ship all art work via USPS First Class International. The price for this is usually between $25-$30. Tracking is not available for this shipping option. If you would like to upgrade your shipping option to Priority Mail International with Delivery Confirmation, please feel free to contact me for a rate quote. Buyers who choose not to upgrade agree not to hold me responsible for packages that may be lost in transit by the postal service.

International buyers are responsible for all Customs fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries, should they be assessed.

I will always do my best to accommodate you so please don’t hesitate to contact me with questions about additional options for shipping. I can ship items Express, with or with out insurance, etc. Just let me know what you want and I’ll let you know the difference in fees.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds and Exchanges
I am confident that you will be extremely happy with your purchases, but in the event that you are not, please contact me immediately upon receipt of your purchase so that we can work out a suitable resolution. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer, and are non-refundable. Any refunds or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt of item.  Items must be returned in excellent condition and in their original packaging.  We are a small business so please understand that our return policies cannot be as liberal as the big box stores.

Refunds for packages that are lost or damaged by the postal service are available only if the buyer purchased postal insurance.

They are not approved for use as children’s playthings. Any dolls purchased from Deborah Grayson Studios should be made with this understanding. Deborah Grayson Studios will not be liable for inappropriate placement of artwork in the hands of young children.
